Beginning with an initial intake session to ensure our full understanding of program needs and nuances. All our client service representatives are highly trained according to client requirements. In order to better serve physician offices, and in turn, patients and their families, we offer extended hours of live telephone operation and flexible handling of program inquiries. In addition, we implement quarterly face to face client meetings and routinely explore ongoing opportunities for program improvement.


Technology and Reporting

We use the most advanced technology available to assist our clients, including the use of a proprietary database application to provide rapid, accurate responses; EDI compatibility with internet connectivity; and electronic reporting. Additionally, we are HIPAA compliant and verify physician licenses in compliance with PDMA guidelines.

Our specialized tracking system can quickly locate physician and patient files and ensure accurate, consistent information obtained on each.
